Return Policy

How do I return a Shop Toddy product?

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure your smartwatch charges immediately - if not refer to Damages and Issues. If you have received the wrong item you must supply a video of the incorrect item received.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want you to feel safe and confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. All our products have been quality controlled by professionals. You may return any unused Shop Toddy products in their original packaging for a full refund within 7 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email. The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be:

To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 7 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:

- watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
- no scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
- no resizing, altering of bracelet
- unused
- in original packaging with all contents (LIGE watch, charger, manual - all contained in the LIGE watch box, if any of the contents are missing, deductions will be made)
- in a re-saleable condition (plastic foil on the screen and back)
- plastic on the cord charge
- inner top foam case padding
- watch resizing tool (if supplied)
- clean (deductions can be made)
- please include the Order number

Change of Mind / Non Defective Product

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- Please do not open the product if you do not wish to keep the product you purchased otherwise the product is non re-saleable
- For change of mind on an item we do not reimburse any shipping charges paid on the original invoice and we do not pay or reimburse any shipping back to us. 
- All returns must be received in the complete original packaging in a working condition within 7 days after the return is approved.
- Refund will be issued once the product is received and approved. If the item has been open the the item will not be approved.
- Depending on the condition of the returned item a partial refund may be approved.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send the return shipping address. Items sent back to Shop Toddy without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once you return the watch, you can opt for either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with another watch with the price difference topped up or refunded. 

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at if you received a defective item.

  • Defective or Damaged watches that have been approved upon video inspection will be resent a new watch NOT a refund.

- Please state clearly the issues and problems with the watch as to why it is not working correctly.
- Attach a video of the problem/ issue

We will lodge a dispute with the factory agent (this can take between 5 - 10 days for a decision) and if approved will send you the return address for the watch.  

To request a return please send an email to with the Subject "Return Requested" and indicate your order number and the reason for return in your email. We will reply with the return instructions.


The warranty time is 10 days from being delivered for Smartwatches.

  • Wearfit2.0 Smart App - we will not accept returns if your phone does not load the App or connect to the App. This is a smartphone issue NOT a watch issue.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less 10% restocking fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order. DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.
